These fabulous wooden toys are made by the residents of Kishorit, a non–profit village and home for adults with special needs, including learning, functional and adaptive disabilities. Designed and constructed in the "old–fashioned way," each toy receives individual attention and is subject to strict quality control. The people working on PastelToys convert a block of wood into a toy using their own two hands. Then, the residents sand the toys down and paint the toys themselves.

Buying one of these toys help the residents to be self–sustaining, enhances their self esteem, while improving their skills and supporting the development of the Village. What a great toy for a great cause!
