Warehouse Sale to Offer Deisgner Children's Clothing, Nursery Décor, Gifts and More at Discount Prices

Mocksville, NC--- Pure and Honest Kids, an online children’s e-boutique that offers wholesome and age-appropriate clothing, accessories and furnishings, announces its first ever Warehouse Clearance Sale.

Open to the public for four days only, the Pure and Honest Kids warehouse, located at 277 North Main Street in Mocksville, NC, will open its warehouse doors to the public for the first time since launching in September 2007.

Typically, all sales are done online at http://www.pureandhonestkids.com/, but from Thursday, July 24- Sunday, July 27, the warehouse will be open as well for people to shop.

“We wanted a way to introduce Pure and Honest Kids to the local people of Mocksville and surrounding areas, since we are a fairly new company,” said Debbie Koontz, co-owner of Pure and Honest Kids. “What better way to introduce ourselves than to have an unprecedented sale for our local customers, and we get to meet them face-to-face at our warehouse!”

The owners of Pure and Honest Kids aren’t new to Mocksville and the surrounding areas; they are only new to the children’s apparel and nursery décor industry. Koontz founded and owned Ketchie Creek Bakery in Mocksville for more than 25 years, until recently selling it to pursue Pure and Honest Kids full time. Her daughter and co-owner of Pure and Honest Kids, Molly Ridenhour, also worked at Ketchie Creek Bakery until recently.

“Our experience at Ketchie Creek Bakery has us poised and ready to take on the challenge of owning an online children’s boutique,” said Ridenhour. “During our time at the bakery, we developed a desire to offer quality products, superb customer service and acute attention to
detail. We are excited to bring the same level of hard work and dedication to Pure and Honest Kids as we did to the bakery.”

This dynamic mother and daughter team from Mocksville founded Pure and Honest Kids to provide a stylish, high quality, youthful alternative to the big-box department stores and superstores, all with the convenience of online shopping. The web site, http://www.pureandhonestkids.com/, is designed to be a one-stop shopping site for parents, grandparents and loved ones.

“We hope to have many local North Carolina customers come and take advantage of this extraordinary warehouse sale,” said Ridenhour. “And don’t worry! The warehouse sale will be open as follows: Thursday, July 24 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.; Friday, July 25 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.; Saturday, July 26 from 8 a.m. to 12 noon; and Sunday July 27 from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.

The premise behind Pure and Honest Kids is Koontz and Ridenhour realized children are impressionable, and they wanted to create a boutique where parents knew they could find age appropriate and wholesome merchandise.

“We want to offer products that encourage kids to be kids- at least for a while,” said Koontz. “For us, that means choosing collections that aren’t too grown up and that exhibit youthfulness, but are still fashionable and chic.”
